Cuba. May 7, 2022, Havana, Cuba: A strong explosion occurred in the morning hours of Friday (06) at the Saratoga hotel, in Old Havana killing about 32 people and 19 people still missing. The infrastructure of the hotel facility was notably affected, deaths and injuries are reported, and rescue and damage assessment work continues. A gas leakage is perhaps responsible for the cause of the explosion.
